A conference pass gives you access to everything happening at CLEAN GULF, which includes all 25+ conference sessions, exhibit hall, lunch and networking activities.

An expo-plus pass gives you access to the exhibit hall, networking events and two conference sessions of your choice

An expo-only pass gives you access to the exhibit hall and networking events only

CLEAN GULF offers a Certificate of Attendance that may help you meet your state licensing board’s requirement for Professional Development Hours. Many states allow you to earn these credits by presenting or attending seminars, workshops, or professional or technical presentations made at conventions, or conferences, including those presented by vendors with specific knowledge related to the licensee’s area of practice.

Badges can be picked up during registration hours outside of Hall E in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

The dress code is business casual. Be sure to pack light layers as the convention center is often very cool.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: The cancellation deadline is August 22, 2025. Cancellations must be made in writing by August 22, 2025 to receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of $299. Registrants who do not cancel prior to August 22, 2025 will be liable for the full registration fee. Non-payment or failure to show up onsite does not constitute cancellation and said registrants are not entitled to a credit or refund of any kind. If for any reason Access Intelligence decides to cancel or postpone this conference, Access Intelligence is not responsible for covering airfare and other travel costs incurred by the clients. Refunds due to registrant error will be charged a $199 processing fee. Discounts will not be applied to current registrations. No refunds will be granted after August 22, 2025.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions can be made to transfer a registration to another individual. Notice of substitution must be made in writing and sent to [email protected]

AGE POLICY: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register, attend, or join at any time under any circumstance during CLEAN GULF. There are no exceptions.

The exhibitor service manual will be available in August 2025.

We do not offer the CLEAN GULF attendee list for sale. If anyone reaches out claiming to have the list available for purchase, they are not affiliated with CLEAN GULF and/or Access Intelligence. The list is not legitimate and is a scam.
